TSM79 : Social memory and recording, the future of information storage and personal and family archives
In today's monologue I talk briefly about our need for social memory and how we record different parts of our lives and reflect on how information storage is likely to change and what this means for our personal and family archives. Think of this as a simple introduction to the subject. One man rambling on about how he sees things ! At a future time I'll go into detail about the potential nature of future information systems as I see them and the potential implications of super storage systems and super fast technologies.
