The Something Monologues

TSM31 : A rainstorm and some readings from a play loosely based on my son’s life.

In this monologue, I was forced outside when we lost power during a thunderstorm. So I recorded a little of the storm and read a few snippets from a play I wrote which was loosely based on my son's life.

TSM30 : Cycles, expressing the needs of the soul & vitality, the ages of the life cycle, boundaries, neatness & messiness & aspects of self

Another rambling monologue interspersed with observations of mating kangaroos. In this monologue I waffle on about natures cycles, how we need to express the needs of the soul and how this creates vitality, the different ages of the life cycle from the Cree Indian perspective, reflect on neatness and messiness and the meaning and importance of physical and emotional boundaries.

Forgive me if I have mixed some of the description of this TSM with another TSM. I'm still sorting through all the TSMs that were recorded after my transfer software crashed.
Enjoy, Bright.

TSM29 : A warning from Dude about my son’s health, visiting my dying friend and a request for ETs to visit him

A warning from Dude about my son's health in the face of his ongoing abuse of electronics. And also some reflections on my time with my dying friend Tom and how I made a request from my ET friends to visit him before he dies.

TSM28 : Toa’s reflections on my writing a play about his life

I tried to nail my son down 3 times to get his reflections on my writing a play about his life.

After I recorded this I played it back to him and he begged me "Can we record it again Dad ? I'll give you a serious answer !". "Nope", says I, "It's good enough !".

TSM27 : Toas seizures, a dying friend, mating kangaroos, Developmental Assetts and relationship styles

In this meandering monologue I reflect on Toa's recent seizures, talk about my experience of being with my dying friend, stroll past lots of kangaroos and talk a little about relationship styles and the concept of developmental assets.

TSM26 : Toa’s seizures

Here’s the first of the next batch of TSMs. This one is from 27th November. After my iPod uploader Syncios (http://www.syncios.com/) crashed, I was stuck with a backlog of TSMs and have stopped recording them until I catch up. Perhaps, I’ll have them all up by the end of the year ! This one is a little dull but it’s real life.
